I loved staying in this beautiful old hotel based in a traditional building. The restaurant was pleasant and the staff were welcoming and polite.

Some of the staff were chatty.

Really enjoyed the way our good modern king room with steps down in to the bedroom was arranged. Iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers were available here. The setting was magnificent, near the river and the loch as well as Balloch.

It was a pet-friendly hotel. The staff were really polite and pretty friendly in case of questions. The location was perfect and lovely for Rhu, so close to the restaurant downstairs, the river and the loch and the pub. Also, the venue had quick access to Hillbrook House.

Wonderful old property, has extraordinarily friendly staff on a receptionist. Location - great and absolutely perfect, near to Helensburgh which has a vastly superior restaurant and shopping offer, town centre and Loch Lomond and the river and the loch. Plus, 5 minutes drive from The Mackintosh Club. Very impressed with king room for the television. Bonus point for iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers.

It made my trip to Rhu an excellent experience. Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, reasonably priced food, exceptional views. The breakfast was absolutely superb, the drinks were complimentary. The staff was polite, rooms were huge and modern. Also, location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from Glenarn Gardens.

Location - good and beautiful right by the restaurant during the evening, Helensburgh which has a vastly superior restaurant and the marina.

Large beds and central heating, TV set, and coffee/tea making equipment. Incredible setting, close enough to the loch, town centre and Loch Lomond and the river.

Sincerely, it was a very good stay for a nice quite night. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was outstanding! The location was marvellous and unbeatable as for me, adjacent to the sea, Helensburgh which has a vastly superior restaurant and the pub and the toilets.

The hotel was lovely old and placed in a traditional-style building. The location was stunning, the room was cheap. Further, it was close enough to Glasgow or Inveraray, Oban, the outskirts of Helensburgh and the restaurant during the evening.

Well priced hotel with outstandingly accommodating team on a receptionist. Comfy beds in our double room. A bath in the bathroom. The location incredible and good in another area.

The staff at Ardencaple Hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They provided me with great tips for exploring the area. The hotel's location was perfect, offering stunning views of the shore and water. The room was quiet, warm and nicely furnished, providing a cozy atmosphere. Although breakfast wasn't extraordinary, it was reasonably priced and satisfactory. I had a wonderful stay at Greene King Inns Ardencaple Hotel and would highly recommend it.
